🔧 What You'll Be Doing

✅ Build and maintain API integrations with lead buyers, publishers, and third-party platforms
✅ Manage and optimize lead distribution systems (ping post, direct post, real-time routing)
✅ Design and develop high-converting lead capture forms and landing pages
✅ Build and maintain websites across multiple verticals
✅ Develop internal tools, dashboards, and apps to streamline operations
✅ Leverage AI tools to automate workflows and accelerate development
✅ Support compliance integrations — TrustedForm, Jornaya, and similar platforms
✅ Collaborate with affiliate managers and ops team to improve lead flow and acceptance rates

✔️ What We're Looking For

🔹 Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations
🔹 Solid understanding of lead gen tech — ping post, lead distribution, CRM integrations
🔹 Proficiency in form builders and landing page tools (Unbounce, Leadpages, custom HTML/CSS, etc.)
🔹 Web development skills — frontend and backend (WordPress, custom builds, or similar)
🔹 App development experience — web apps, internal dashboards, or mobile
🔹 **AI knowledge and tools is a MUST** — you should be actively using AI daily (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, AI APIs, etc.) and applying it to real business problems
🔹 Strong communication skills for coordinating with a US-based team
🔹 Self-starter mentality — you manage your time and deliver without hand-holding

**⭐ Bonus Points For:**
- Experience in lead generation or affiliate marketing
- Familiarity with Boberdoo, LeadsPedia, or ActiveProspect
- TCPA compliance knowledge
- Building AI-powered automations, chatbots, or data pipelines
