- Own and optimize the operating model portfolio, delivery and enablement for the commercial steering landscape together with the functional steering managers and your IT counterpart
- Drive the definition and implementation of a state-of-the-art target steering landscape in Tableau, covering marketing, sales, service and pricing, in close collaboration with the Knauf management to foster data-driven decision making across the Knauf Group
- Develop the level 1 steering product targeted towards the Knauf top management, in close collaboration with KPI owners throughout above-mentioned functions and drive adoption by analyzing the paint points of users
- Act as a counterpart for change and training functions to enable users to make best use of the steering products under your ownership and to drive actions from it
- Serve as the main contact person for the technical product owner to ensure stable operations
- Hold a degree in business or a related field, with at least two years’ practical experience in commercial analytics roles
- Possess a strong analytical mindset with a proven track record in creating and implementing KPIs and dashboards with basic understanding of analytics tools like tableau, SAP BW, SAP HANA, Salesforce and SQL and advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Have in-depth knowledge of commercial processes, particularly within SAP, S4/HANA and Salesforce frameworks
- Experience in leading global projects, monitoring progress and outcomes, providing data-driven insights to support top management decision-making and strategic alignment
- Excel in communication, aligning diverse perspectives and presenting complex topics clearly to peers and management in multicultural settings since you are fluent in English (verbal and written)
