Pay Range: $58.00 – $65.00 per hour (based on experience and internal equity)

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Informatica Cloud Data Governance Engineer to support enterprise-level Data Governance, Metadata Management, and Data Quality initiatives. This role focuses on implementing and operationalizing Informatica CDGC/CDQ, building governance dashboards, and supporting compliance and audit readiness across enterprise data domains.

Key Responsibilities

Data Governance & Catalog Implementation

• Build catalog and quality reports for domain/sub-domain governance metrics

• Develop persona-based dashboards (Data Owner, Data Steward, Data Engineer, Data Privacy Officer)
• Configure and run Informatica CDGC scanners, profiling, and sampling
• Implement metadata ingestion and catalog management processes

Data Quality & Compliance

• Implement and support Informatica Cloud Data Quality (CDQ)
• Support PII classification and metadata governance initiatives
• Produce audit-ready governance and compliance reporting (SOX, CCPA)
• Support governance councils and steering committees

Architecture & Metadata Management

• Develop and maintain large-scale data models
• Support entity-relationship modeling and metadata systems
• Design governance architecture across relational and big-data platforms

Collaboration

• Partner with Business Data Owners, Data Stewards, Architects, and IT teams
• Support BI integrations (Power BI, Tableau)
• Drive governance adoption across enterprise stakeholders

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Cloud Data Governance & Catalog (CDGC)
• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Cloud Data Quality (CDQ)
• Metadata management and data profiling experience
• Data modeling experience (Erwin or equivalent)
• Experience building governance dashboards and metrics
• Understanding of data security, privacy (PII), and compliance
