We are seeking a skilled Content & Inbound Marketing Manager to drive the creation, optimization, and distribution of high-quality marketing content across multiple channels. This role is central to engaging target audiences, amplifying brand presence, and supporting marketing operations. The ideal candidate will transform raw ideas into polished, compelling content while ensuring brand consistency and maximizing reach on LinkedIn and other platforms. You will manage content calendars, execute campaigns, repurpose materials, and collaborate with designers and other stakeholders to enhance visual and written communications. This is a remote position with opportunities to influence marketing strategy and performance for key campaigns.
Accountabilities
- Execute and publish content across LinkedIn and other marketing channels.
- Transform raw inputs, such as notes, outlines, and drafts, into polished, engaging posts aligned with brand guidelines.
- Repurpose long-form materials into short-form content for various platforms.
- Edit and refine drafts to improve clarity, flow, readability, and formatting.
- Maintain content calendars and publishing workflows to ensure timely delivery.
- Support HubSpot publishing, basic analytics, and performance reporting.
- Assist with CMS or landing page updates and coordinate short-form video content when needed.

- 3+ years of experience in content marketing, inbound marketing, or marketing execution roles.
- Strong B2B marketing background, preferably in tech, SaaS, or app industries.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Solid understanding of LinkedIn as a professional content platform.
- Ability to work independently from frameworks, direction, or partial inputs.
- Familiarity with HubSpot for content publishing and reporting.
