Accountabilities

• Partner with corporate functions to identify opportunities for AI-driven efficiency and accuracy improvements.
• Analyze workflows and existing systems to uncover areas for automation and intelligence enhancement.
• Design, build, and implement AI-enabled solutions using both declarative tools and custom development.
• Lead company-wide AI initiatives spanning multiple teams and functions.
• Integrate AI capabilities while ensuring security, privacy, and data integrity.
• Develop reusable AI patterns and best practices to scale solutions across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, business systems, internal platforms, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and practical applications in enterprise environments.

• Experience working with both clicks-based configuration tools and custom development/code.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to operational efficiency.
