- Review business and technical requirements for Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom apps)
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications
- Perform manual, functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
- Validate Salesforce configurations including workflows, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards, and security settings
- Test customizations developed using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect tracking tools

- 6+ years of experience as a QA Tester with at least 1-2 years on Salesforce
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform features and data model
- Experience testing Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, or Marketing Cloud)
- Hands-on experience testing UiPath RPA workflows
- Familiarity with Salesforce releases and regression testing cycles
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
