About The Role

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Web Designer with exceptional Figma skills to join our dynamic team. This role involves leading the design process from concept through to execution and final fine-tuning, ensuring each project delivers a compelling user experience that aligns with client objectives. As a key member of our design department, you will work closely with project managers, developers, and clients to develop prototypes, wireframes, and visual designs that are both innovative and practical. Your ability to translate client needs, user behaviors, and project requirements into engaging and functional designs will be crucial. You will also be responsible for preparing design files for development handoff, creating style guides, and ensuring that all designs are development-ready. This position offers the flexibility of remote work within the US or Canada, with the opportunity to work in our Los Angeles office if preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UI/UX Web Design experience within a digital agency environment.
• Proven ability to lead design projects, including creating wireframes, style tiles, mood boards, and presentation of concepts to clients.
• Experience in preparing comprehensive design files for development handoff.
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual design and user experience focus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to incorporate feedback effectively and iterate on designs.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience translating behavioral data into actionable design insights.

• Create detailed, development-ready design files, including annotations and style guides, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Leverage behavioral data from tools like Clarity and Google Analytics to inform and improve UX strategies, developing sitemaps and journey maps supported by data insights.
• Prioritize tasks effectively, managing time efficiently across multiple projects to meet deadlines while maintaining design excellence.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution from conception through delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and incorporate innovative ideas into projects to keep our designs fresh and relevant.
