Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to review, redesign, and optimize our global mobility and immigration processes. This role will assess current workflows, identify gaps, reduce redundancies, and implement standardized, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong subject matter expertise in U.S. and global immigration along with the ability to drive operational improvements in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate existing global mobility and immigration processes; identify gaps and areas for improvement
  • Redesign and standardize workflows to increase efficiency and reduce redundancy
  • Develop and maintain process documentation within Confluence Wiki pages
  • Automate processes where possible using the existing technology stack
  • Identify system and operational efficiencies across tools and platforms
  • Proactively communicate immigration policies, timelines, and regulatory updates to employees
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Legal, Talent, and other internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate with external immigration counsel and third-party vendors as needed


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in global mobility and immigration within a global tech/SaaS environment
  • Strong working knowledge of: Atlassian products = Wiki Page aka Confluence (building the pages), Jira (service desk system), Workday & Greenhouse
  • H-1B lottery process
  • PERM labor certification
  • U.S. employment-based immigration
  • Global immigration processes
  • Domestic and international employee transfers
  • Experience improving or overhauling operational processes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience in the technology industry or at an immigration law firm
