Senior Gen AI Application Developer (LangGraph, Bedrock, AWS) - REMOTE

We are looking to build a team of Agentic AI / Generative AI Engineers passionate about building Agentic Workflows for business process transformation in Banking domain. We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Developer with deep expertise in Generative AI, AWS cloud services, and modern front-end development. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building intelligent, scalable applications using cutting-edge AI frameworks and cloud-native technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications using Generative AI frameworks such as Langchain and LangGraph.
• Integrate and optimize Amazon Bedrock and Vector Databases for semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows.
• Build and maintain scalable backend services using AWS Lambda, Step Functions, RDS, EventBridge, and EKS.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly web portals using ReactJS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, DevOps, and product managers to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Implement best practices for code quality, performance, and security in cloud-native environments.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience with Generative AI technologies and frameworks such as Langchain, LangGraph, and AWS Bedrock.

• Strong understanding of Vector Databases (e.g., PGVector, Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
• Hands-on expertise in AWS services: Lambda, Step Functions, RDS, EventBridge, and EKS.
• Experience in front-end development using ReactJS.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Exposure to MLOps and AI model deployment strategies.
  
  

Salary And Other Compensation

The salary for this position is between $140,000 - $155,000k depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
