Our B2B tech client is looking for a Field Marketing manager to assist their team! This is a fully remote freelance role (40hrs/week) with some minimal travel days, starting as soon as March for 2-3 months.
Location: Candidates can be located anywhere in the US, but must be available for some onsite event management, primarily on the East Coast and Midwest. You will likely travel onsite to provide support March 16 and 17th. Â Additional travel dates are TBD.

In this role, the Field Marketing Manager will:
- Be responsible for vendor sourcing, curating onsite activations, managing F&B orders, and handling all AV requirements.
- You will own the attendee flow, manage all audience acquisition communications/reporting, and ensure client hits target headcount and experience goals.
- Act as the central hub for stakeholder management, briefing internal speakers and onsite staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools, schedules, and information for a successful event execution

The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of event management experience, ideally within tech/Saas or B2B space
- Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Monday.com, Salesforce, etc. for event and timeline management
- Experience working in field marketing and collaborating heavily with sales teams
