This company is helping reshape care. Through smart sensor technology, they’re giving caregivers more time for the people who need it most. The app helps care workers know when someone is about to get up, reducing unnecessary physical rounds and letting them respond faster to real needs.

The company is growing fast. Already active in the Netherlands, Belgium, and the US, they’re now scaling into Germany. They’ve grown to 60 people and run a flat structure with fully autonomous teams.

What you’ll do:

You’ll join a core backend team of 4 developers (all around 30, with 4+ years of experience). You will help lead the way in how the system is designed and built. You’ll shape a new notification system, help split off and refactor parts of the old backend, and guide the team on how to apply Domain-Driven Design in practice.

You don’t need deep AWS knowledge, but you should be comfortable using the AWS SDK directly in your code.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience with backend development (Node.js/TypeScript)
• Some experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• Able to guide team members in code and modeling
• Familiar with AWS SDKs in application code
