This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to drive paid social strategy, execution, and innovation across multiple platforms. You will oversee a team of Paid Social Managers and Strategists, ensuring campaigns meet performance objectives while optimizing for ROI and client impact. The position involves direct client engagement, translating business goals into actionable campaigns, and providing strategic insights through data analysis. You will also mentor your team, introduce innovative approaches, and stay ahead of industry trends to maintain competitive advantage. Accountabilities

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive paid social strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Oversee multiple campaigns end-to-end, optimizing performance, audience targeting, and creative approaches across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Reddit.
  • Provide strategic insights, reporting, and recommendations to senior clients and internal stakeholders based on thorough campaign analysis.
  • Mentor, guide, and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Communicate industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to clients and internal teams to strengthen campaign results and relationships.
  • Introduce innovative tactics, evaluate emerging technologies, and refine paid social strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure alignment between team priorities, client goals, and company performance objectives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in paid social marketing with proven success executing campaigns across major platforms.
  • 1+ year of management or team leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, and proficiency with analytics tools.
  • Advanced computer skills including Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with clients, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience strategizing, mentoring, and leading teams to achieve measurable performance results.
  • Confidence in presenting to senior clients and internal leadership, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
