In this role, you'll lead the LearningX team to foster strategic impact, upholding high-quality, value-driven learning solutions across the company and its diverse stakeholders. This role is about more than training—it's about driving strategic value through high-performing teams, data-driven insights, and stakeholder engagement. We're looking for a servant leader who empowers others, manages complex projects, optimizes processes, and builds strong partnerships across the company. What You'll Do:
- Raise the bar for the entire team in impact, quality, and learning products, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs.
- Develop the area by consistently building networks and sponsors, while proactively identifying opportunities for new high-impact, strategic projects.
- Conduct data analysis, create reports, and drive planning initiatives.
- Plan individual tasks and objectives to balance workloads while simultaneously managing the development of each team member.

What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development.
- 4-5+ years of experience as a Manager.
- Experience with data management and reporting.
- Knowledge of learning frameworks.
- Project management experience.
- Experience with KPIs and OKRs.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Nice to have:
- IT industry experience.
- Experience leading remote teams.
