Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks from scratch
- Develop automated test scripts using Selenium/Appium/Cypress
- Implement testing strategies across:
- Functional & Non-Functional Testing
- Regression
- Integration
- System Testing
- Acceptance Testing
- Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines
- Use AI-powered tools for test planning, execution, and reporting
- Mentor junior QA/Automation engineers
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams

- 9+ years of experience in Software Development & Testing
- 5+ years strong experience in Test Automation Framework design
- Strong hands-on experience with:

- CI/CD experience:
- Jenkins / GitLab CI / Azure DevOps
- Test Management tools:
- Jira / HP ALM
- Experience using AI tools in test automation
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience
- Proven mentoring experience
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field
