About the Role
The Remote Human Resource Executive is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent, as well as coordinating trial programs and employee retention initiatives.
This role also supports core HR operations such as payroll administration, training and development, employee engagement, and offboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient human resources experience. —all in a fully remote, 100% work-from-home environment that offers flexibility and autonomy to deliver exceptional results from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Preparation:
- Collaborate with hiring managers or team leaders to define role requirements, responsibilities, and qualifications.
- Develop a comprehensive job description outlining the position title, key duties, and reporting structure.
- Publish job advertisements across various recruitment platforms while ensuring efficient budget utilization.

Talent Screening
- Screen and evaluate resumes based on required qualifications and shortlist suitable candidates for interviews.
- Conduct structured initial interviews to evaluate candidate suitability and organizational fit.
- Administer online personality assessments for candidates prior to final interview endorsement.
Recruitment Coordination
- Coordinate final interview scheduling and endorse candidate profiles.
- Maintain timely and professional communication with applicants throughout the application process.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to support current and future hiring needs.
Trials, Selection, and Job Offer
- Coordinate and oversee the one-week candidate trial program, collaborate closely with hiring managers to evaluate the candidate’s performance, and facilitate the final selection decision for the role.
- Prepare and issue formal job offers to successful candidates, ensuring that all key terms and conditions of employment are clearly outlined and accurately documented.
Onboarding
- Manage and execute the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring timely system access and HRIS account setup prior to start date, conducting new hire orientations, tracking onboarding progress and compliance requirements, and supporting seamless departmental integration.

HR Operations
- Contribute to HR projects involving process improvements, policy updates, and system enhancements.
- Maintain accurate, well-organized, and confidential employee records and personnel files in the HRIS and other authorized company systems.
- Perform additional HR operational duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time, such as training and development, payroll and compensation matters, performance management, employee engagement activities, and offboarding.
Skills:
- Average to excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Proficient with Google Workspace and HRIS software
- Strong understanding of remote workforce practices and virtual communication norms
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field
- With 1-2 years of experience in human resources
- Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle and driving talent acquisition is highly preferred.
