Manager, Engineering - Remote

Accountabilities

• Manage a team of up to 20 engineers including MTS, SMTS, Architects, and Engineers
• Conduct regular 1-on-1s, performance reviews, and career development discussions
• Facilitate team meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Resolve conflicts and maintain team cohesion
• Provide mentorship to junior managers and technical leads

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of engineering experience
