The HR Analytics team is seeking a highly analytical and self-motivated Data Contractor to join our human resources professionals focused on building an outstanding employee experience. - Being a Data Detective: Taking the time to deeply understand all available HR data sets and their interdependencies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Acting as a consultant to Program Managers and Go-To-Market SMEs to translate business questions into data requirements.
- Executive Storytelling: Moving beyond the spreadsheet to craft the "why" behind the numbers in high-impact visuals for senior leadership.
- Self-Starting: Proactively identifying "hidden" problems and researching ways to enhance our data framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Impact Reporting: Design, build, and deliver comprehensive Impact Reports from multiple data sources.
- V2MOM Tracking: Consolidate data to report on ATE team goals and roadmap progress.
- Survey Strategy: Partner with the Employee Listening team to manage program surveys and coordinate with external vendors.
- Data Literacy: Play an active role in enabling the broader teamโs data skills and mentoring a data analytics summer intern.
- Process Documentation: Maintain rigorous documentation to ensure operational scalability.
- AI Integration: Experiment with incorporating AI into your flow of work and share insights with the team.

Requirements for Success
- Experience: 5+ years in Human Resources and/or Analytics functions.
- Data Integrity: Proven ability to handle sensitive HR data with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, automations), and Google Slides.
- Communication: Confidence in presenting complex data to senior leadership and translating technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
