We're looking for a System Administrator to join our team in Valencia, Spain, and provide hands-on technical support to our employees! You’ll be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across our office.
✅ Responsibilities:
✔️ Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
✔️ Respond to queries in Jira, in person, via corporate messenger, or over the phone.
✔️ Write training manuals and documentation.
✔️ Train computer users on system use and best practices.
✔️ Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
✔️ Ask targeted questions to determine the nature of technical problems.
✔️ Walk customers through step-by-step problem-solving processes.
✔️ Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
✔️ Clean up and optimize computer systems.

✔️ Run diagnostic programs to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
✔️ Resolve technical issues related to LAN, WAN, and other network systems.
✔️ Install and configure computer peripherals for users.
✔️ Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
✔️ Maintain and manage inventory of IT assets.
✅ Requirements:
✔️ At least 3 years of experience working in a system administration, help desk or IT support environment.
✔️ Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
✔️ Excellent oral communication skills.
