Role Description
We are looking for a Full Stack AI Engineer to join our team in a full-time, remote role. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience building MCP (Model Context Protocol) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications for real-world, enterprise environments. The role requires a minimum of three years of relevant, proven experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in full-stack development and AI engineering, with demonstrated expertise in MCP and RAG applications
- Strong understanding of AI model development, natural language processing, and generative techniques
- Hands-on experience with Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
- Solid front-end skills using React, Next.js, TypeScript, or comparable technologies
- Back-end experience with Node.js, .NET, or similar platforms
- Experience integrating with enterprise systems such as SharePoint, Salesforce, and Microsoft Teams
- Familiarity with deployment, post-deployment support, and hypercare for enterprise solutions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Exposure to workflow automation tools and processes
- Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field
