We’re looking for a young, highly motivated Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer with strong experience for their age, someone who understands complex systems quickly and enjoys owning what they build.

Key responsibilities

You’ll ensure that our backend (Rust-based) runs securely, reliably, and observably in production.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Design, write, and maintain reusable Terraform modules

Provision and manage DynamoDB, Lambda permissions, and API Gateway

Handle Terraform state safely in production environments

Cloud & Security

Advanced AWS networking (VPCs, subnets, security groups)

Strong IAM policy design with a least-privilege mindset

Audit CloudTrail logs to detect suspicious or unauthorized access

Help us meet SOC2 compliance requirements

Observability & Monitoring

Configure CloudWatch metrics, alarms, and dashboards

Track Lambda cold starts, error rates, API latency, and system health

CI/CD & Automation

Improve deployment pipelines

Ensure Terraform applies are safe, predictable, and production-ready

Automate everything that gets done more than once

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with Terraform (state management and modules)

Solid experience with AWS (networking, IAM, serverless)

Experience with CloudTrail and CloudWatch

Comfortable working in English (spoken and written)

Fast learner, curious, and motivated

Team player with good communication skills
