We hire Digital Growth Specialists who take absolute ownership of our brand’s digital soul—from viral storytelling to global visibility. • Viral Content Instinct: You don't wait for trends; you predict or create them. You must have a proven track record of creating short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) that actually moves the needle.

• Camera Presence & Storytelling: You are comfortable being the "face" of the brand or directing those who are. You can turn complex software concepts into addictive, high-retention stories.
• The AI Marketing Stack: Just like our engineers, you must be an AI power-user. Mastery of AI tools for content (Midjourney, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, GPT-4, etc.) is mandatory to 10x our creative output.
• End-to-End Production: You are a one-person army. You can script, shoot, and edit (CapCut, Premiere, or After Effects). We care about the final "scroll-stopping" result.
• Performance & Data Obsession: Creativity without data is just a hobby. You must understand ROAS, CAC, and SEO. You know how to back up your creative "vibes" with hard analytics.
• Tech-Savvy Mindset: You understand the software world. You can speak the language of developers and translate "code" into "content" that people actually want to watch.
