As Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, you’ll enable a world-class, scalable Talent Acquisition function by owning critical TA programs, operational systems, and decision-driving insights.

You’ll sit at the intersection of people, process, and technology — designing efficient workflows, championing practical tools and AI solutions, and ensuring the team has the structure and data to deliver excellence at scale.

This is a senior, high-impact role focused on turning TA strategy into consistent, high-quality execution. You’ll work closely with TA Leadership, People, and Finance to streamline workforce planning, optimize reporting, and ensure our hiring data drives better decisions.


What you’ll be doing:

TA Program Ownership & Delivery

  • Own and deliver the most critical TA programs end-to-end, from problem definition to adoption and measurable impact
  • Define success metrics aligned to TA and leadership priorities
  • Ensure initiatives drive sustained impact beyond launch (such as interview quality, hiring excellence, and referral programs)
  • Define standards for high-quality interviewing at Preply
  • Own interviewer capability frameworks and training
  • Improve interview signal and consistency using data and AI-enabled insights


TA Enablement, Upskilling & Onboarding

  • Own TA onboarding (30–60–90) for recruiters and coordinators
  • Define and evolve continuous TA upskilling across tools, AI, and craft
  • Maintain clear, scalable documentation and enablement assets


TA Operations, Scheduling & Coordinator Leadership

  • Own end-to-end interview operations and scheduling at scale
  • Line manage and develop TA Coordinators
  • Ensure strong capacity planning, SLAs, and experience


Tooling, Vendors, Contracts & Cost Management

  • Own TA tooling ecosystem and vendor relationships, such as Asbhy, Metaview and LinkedIn
  • Evaluate and roll out tools with clear ROI and adoption focus
  • Partner with Finance and Legal on contracts and cost management


Data, Insights & Decision Enablement

  • Own TA dashboards, reporting cadence, and forecasting
  • Surface risks, trade-offs, and insights to inform prioritisation
  • Enable faster, better leadership decision-making


Stakeholder Influence & Leadership Presence

  • Act as a trusted thought partner to TA Leadership, People, and Finance
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment
  • Represent TA Ops with credibility at senior level


What you’ll need to succeed:

  • 7+ years of experience in TA Operations, Talent Programs, Recruiting Enablement, or People Operations
  • Proven experience owning complex initiatives with sustained impact
  • Proven experience optimizing recruiting processes and introducing automation or tooling that improves efficiency and impact.
  • Strong systems, data, and tooling expertise within Talent Acquisition
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and bring clarity to ambiguity
  • A proactive, curious problem-solver who identifies opportunities and takes initiative to make things better.
  • Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills across all levels.
  • Deep understanding of recruiting metrics, headcount planning, and operational workflows.
