Job Description


Senior Commercial Product | London | German business fluent | Equity from day one | £80k to £120k

You have done the strategy work. Built the models. Presented to senior stakeholders.
Now you want to own the numbers, not just recommend them.
This is your move from consulting into a profitable AI SaaS company working with large industrial enterprises across Europe. The product is live, revenue generating and used by multi country clients to optimise commercial performance.
You will own 2 to 3 enterprise customers end to end.
No shadowing. No endless steering decks. Real accountability.

What you will actually do
  • Lead multi country rollouts for large industrial clients
  • Drive measurable P and L impact across pricing, portfolio and sales workflows
  • Manage 1 to 2 junior hires as the team scales
  • Work directly with founders
  • Translate customer insight into product direction
  • Split your time roughly across customers, product and internal leadership
Within 12 months you will fully own multiple enterprise accounts, have strong executive relationships and be able to point to clear commercial impact you personally drove.

  • London based or willing to relocate
  • 2 to 3 years at MBB or strong Tier 2 consulting
  • Strong academics
  • Comfortable working with data and technical workflows
Travel is light at 1 to 2 client visits per month with heavier travel once per quarter.
