Join our distributed, high-performing team in our central London office (hybrid, 2 days per week), where the core of our tech team is located. We're looking for people who are proactive problem solvers to work on both Product and Product Platform-based teams.

- Take full ownership of code, from design to delivery and observability.
- Promote best practices, always striving for incremental improvements.
- Participate in the team’s release and support rotations.
- Reduce complexity and toil by identifying bottlenecks and improving system efficiency.
- Be a team player.
- Proficient in Java, Spring Boot or equivalent.
- Experience with infrastructure and distributed systems.
- Experience with containerisation and orchestration technologies (Kubernetes).
