DevOps/Operations Engineer - Production Support

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate!

Experience: 6-8 years.

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps/Operations Engineer with expertise in Production Support to join our dynamic team.

• Support deployments(out of business hours), configurations and support the run part of the payment engine

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• Proficient in DevOps
• Proficient exp in Linux
• Need to have administration knowledge for example, troubleshooting CPU, memory, disk issues.
• Exp to handle on-prem server related issues., VM related issues
• Good Hands-on exp on Ansible. Should know how to write playbooks and roles and modules concepts
• Monitoring Grafana ( creating dashboards, creating alerts)
• Prometheus hands on to write prom query and enable alerts, how data is sent to Prometheus, Metrics

• Azure devops knowledge - Creating Pipeline, trouble shooting, knowledge about artifacts and azure branch policies.
• Critical thinker
• Pro-active
• Familiar with scripting in Bash and/or Python
• Knowledge and understanding of Database
• RDBMS concepts ( Indexes , keys )
