Fully Remote (Netherlands) | English-Speaking Environment | Up to €7,000 gross per month

We are recruiting on behalf of an international Microsoft Gold Partner with a strong and growing Microsoft Dynamics practice across Europe. They are looking for a Senior D365 Finance & Operations Developer who wants full technical ownership, architectural influence, and the freedom to shape robust enterprise solutions.

As a Senior D365 F&O Developer, you would play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing customisations and integrations across large-scale international projects. In addition, you would have the opportunity to go beyond delivery and actively drive the technical direction of complex Microsoft D365 F&O implementations.

You will:

• Own and lead X++ development and technical architecture
• Design and deliver robust, scalable Microsoft D365 F&O solutions
• Drive technical excellence across projects
• Manage releases and deployment pipelines
• Coordinate ISVs, extensions, and integrations

• Ensure code quality, performance, and best practices
• Maintain and troubleshoot environments
• Act as a technical leader within the Microsoft Business Applications team

Your Experience:

• Over 5 years’ experience in the development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Strong hands-on expertise with X++ coding
• Proven experience with Data Entities, API integrations, Dual Write and Release pipelines (CI/CD)
• Strong Azure technical skills, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps and Service Bus
• Solid proficiency with SQL Server and related database tasks
• Comfortable working in English-speaking, international teams
