About the Opportunity:
The organization is a cloud file system purpose-built for globally distributed teams, massive unstructured data, and AI-powered workflows. It is seeking a VP of Revenue Operations & Sales Strategy to drive GTM execution as the company scales from $50M to $100M ARR and beyond. The role’s mission is to build a predictable revenue system ensuring GTM teams are aligned, enabled, and equipped with the necessary processes, technology, and insights. This high-impact leadership position reports to the CRO and collaborates closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product. The organization operates fully remotely with a global salesforce. The role will be based in the United States, preferably in the Eastern timezone for collaboration with European teams.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver revenue forecasts with over 95% accuracy consistently
• Improve deal velocity quarter-over-quarter
• Implement CPQ to reduce quote-to-contract cycle times
• Drive adoption of a shared reporting framework with minimal manual effort
• Execute quota, territory, and compensation planning predictably and with stakeholder confidence
• Establish Revenue Operations as a trusted partner in all strategic GTM decisions
• Architect a revenue operating system supporting multi-modal GTM motions including direct sales, product-led growth, and OEM/platform initiatives

• Translate strategy into execution by managing coverage planning, territory segmentation, and rules of engagement
• Own forecasting processes using predictive dashboards, scenario modeling, and sales rep productivity tracking
• Provide sales teams with actionable, rep-specific targeting insights to improve conversion rates and deal velocity
• Oversee the RevOps tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, Qualified, Totango, and associated workflows (Martech is out of scope)
• Lead and develop Deal Desk, Sales Operations, and Sales Enablement teams into best-in-class functions
• Design sales compensation in collaboration with Finance, HR, and Sales leadership
• Establish governance to ensure CRM and BI data integrity, completeness, and trust in revenue reporting
• Build and lead a global Revenue Operations team fostering a high-performance culture aligned with core values
Requirements:
• Expertise in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or Sales Operations within high-growth B2B SaaS environments
