WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Learn and master company systems, tools, and solutions to deliver a top-tier client experience
  • Engage with warm leads and clients who previously reached out for assistance
  • Meet with clients virtually via Zoom or phone to guide them through their protection options
  • Serve as the communication bridge between clients and our organization
  • Work alongside your agency team to ensure smooth, professional experiences
  • Consistently hit or exceed performance benchmarks to earn advancement opportunities
  • Maintain required state licensing and compliance standards
  • Participate in weekly virtual meetings for training, skill development, and leadership growth
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships using company-generated or self-generated inquiries
  • Educate families on strategies that support long-term financial security and generational wealth

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Preferably 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, consulting, or leadership
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern communication platforms
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage flexible schedules
  • Confident communicator — both over the phone and on video
  • A service-driven mindset focused on helping people make informed decisions

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends based on client needs
  • Reliable cell phone, data, and internet connection
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Completion of contracting requirements
  • Active Life & Health License or willingness to obtain one (we help you get licensed within 7–10 days)
