We are seeking a Staff Product Designer to set the strategic direction for our mobile-first loyalty program and multiply design impact across our growing product. In this role, you'll operate at an organizational level—establishing design systems, influencing product strategy, and enabling our small startup team to move faster with higher quality. You'll shape not just what we build, but how we approach design as we scale.
