Summary
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled NOC Technician to support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure across retail locations. This role involves real-time collaboration with the Remote Operations Center (ROC) team and on-site technicians to apply network changes, conduct upgrades, and ensure seamless technology rollouts. Roles and Responsibilities:
Apply and validate network configurations (routers, switches) during store deployments.
Execute on-the-spot changes to network settings in coordination with ROC and field technicians.
Administer the technology deployment plan to support the rollout of new solutions, enhancements, or upgrades.
Perform hardware upgrades and replacements for network equipment as needed.
Monitor store network performance and respond to incidents in real-time.
Troubleshoot connectivity issues and escalate complex problems to senior engineers when necessary.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Networking, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in a NOC, network support, or deployment role.
Prior experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or similar technical support environment.
Basic understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Familiarity with network monitoring and ticketing tools.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with remote and on-site teams.
Preferred Skills
Hands-on experience with Mist by Juniper for switch and wireless network management.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
