Serve as the in-timezone point of contact for regional enablement requests, triaging and aligning priorities with stakeholders.
Capture field insights, including objections, competitive intelligence, and messaging clarity, and provide actionable feedback to global teams.
Participate in key sales moments (e.g., QBRs, kickoffs, pipeline reviews) to observe execution and inform targeted coaching and programs.
Support onboarding and post-onboarding ramp for new hires, reinforcing core behaviors and connecting employees to resources and SMEs.
Assist with short-term APAC enablement coordination as needed, while prioritizing EMEA initiatives.

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior GTM Enablement Manager in Germany.

The Senior GTM Enablement Manager will lead regional enablement strategy and execution across Sales and the broader Go-To-Market (GTM) organization in EMEA. This role focuses on improving seller effectiveness, reinforcing sales methodologies, and driving consistent execution across complex, multi-stakeholder deals. You will partner closely with regional leadership to adapt global programs to local market realities, coach teams on frameworks like Command of the Message and MEDDPICC, and deliver workshops and live deal-based guidance. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, data-informed, and capable of translating insights into practical, repeatable field behaviors. This position allows for significant influence on sales culture, team performance, and regional revenue outcomes while operating in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in GTM enablement, sales leadership, sales operations, or a closely related role in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • 2+ years of quota-carrying or equivalent deal-facing experience.
  • Expertise in Command of the Message and MEDDPICC frameworks.
  • Proven ability to enable sellers in complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong facilitation skills, capable of running engaging sessions and driving behavior change.
  • Data-informed and field-oriented: use metrics and qualitative insights to diagnose gaps and design practical programs.
  • Culturally aware and adaptable across diverse EMEA geographies.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Willingness to travel within EMEA for in-person workshops and key field engagements.
