Position OverviewThe Senior Program/Project Manager will support the Global Revenue Operations team in aligning demand planning and supply operations for the Systems business. This role sits at the intersection of Sales and Supply Chain Operations, transforming customer demand into actionable plans that drive revenue alignment.This position requires a highly analytical, detail-oriented professional who can translate complex data into clear insights, proactively manage supply constraints, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders across global teams.Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Operations to monitor supply and demand trends, identifying revenue plan gaps, risks, and opportunities.
  • Analyze long lead-time supply constraints and develop clear, actionable communications for Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams.
  • Support order-to-fulfillment processes through collaboration with Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain Operations.
  • Maintain visibility across demand and supply metrics for the Systems business.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses and project work supporting Global Revenue Operations priorities.
  • Assist in allocation of constrained materials, including detailed component-level analysis.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to manage excess inventory based on demand insights.
  • Support quarterly EBO (Executive Business Operations) activities.
Required QualificationsEducation:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Experience:
  • Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Planning, or similar analytical role
  • Demonstrated ability to lead or coordinate cross-functional teams across supply chain and sales initiatives
Technical Skills:
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including analysis of large and complex datasets
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and sales cycle dynamics
  • Ability to evaluate forecasts, demand signals, and revenue inputs
