Job Overview:
The Digital Ops Coordinator manages and optimizes digital marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a critical role in executing, monitoring, and analyzing multi-channel campaigns that advance our clients’ political advocacy goals. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of related experience, is detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about leveraging digital platforms to create measurable impact.
What you'll do:
- Plan, launch, and manage programmatic digital marketing campaigns across various channels including display, online video, connected TV, digital audio, digital out-of-home, and native formats.
- Manage campaign operations within digital platforms, ensuring proper setup, tracking, QA, and reporting.
- Segment audiences and deliver targeted messaging to advance advocacy objectives.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure assets align with campaign strategy and are deployed accurately.
- Monitor key campaign metrics, prepare performance reports and dashboards, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stay current with AI-driven digital marketing developments, ad platform updates, and other new technologies.
- Perform audience research using the last AI frontier models and other tools.
- Manage grassroots digital advocacy campaigns.

What we're looking for:
- Demonstrated interest in learning and deploying the latest AI tools across a variety of marketing and advertising applications.
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with direct advertising campaign management responsibilities or equivalent combination of related education and experience.
- Proven track record running programmatic advertising campaigns (Basis, Simpli.fi, Amazon DSP, Trade Desk or related).
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot.
- Experience with Canva, design, or other related tools.
- Comfort with project management tools such as Asana.
- Experience creating reports with spreadsheets for budgeting and analyzing campaign data.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Understanding of and interest in federal and state political environments strongly preferred.

This is a fully remote, full time benefits eligible position. Neptune Ops provides a robust suite of benefits including: discretionary time off, health, dental, vision, mental health, pet, and legal insurance as well as 401(k) match, sick time, holiday pay, and paid time off for bereavement and jury duty. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,000-$85,000. Base compensation is determined by many factors including: geography, the candidate’s skills, experience, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for our annual bonus program.
