Job Description
Our client is building the operating system for global mobility. By combining artificial intelligence with a vertically integrated supply chain, they orchestrate every step of employee relocations across 160+ countries. The team is lean, ambitious, and intensely focused on transforming a fragmented, manual industry into a unified platform that delivers a premium, white-glove relocation experience at scale.
About The Role
You will work across product, AI, and infrastructure to design and build the systems that power global relocations for enterprise customers. You'll play a key role in shaping the company's technical foundation as it scales from early traction to robust, platform-level deployments.
Expect close collaboration with product, design, and operations, along with the autonomy to make meaningful architectural decisions and directly influence the direction of the technology.
What You'll Do
- Own and ship end-to-end product features across backend services, APIs, and frontend applications
- Build AI-driven workflows and supply chain integrations that power the platform
- Design scalable data models with Supabase and Postgres, including row-level security for enterprise multi-tenancy
- Develop intuitive interfaces that make complex relocation data easy to act on
- Partner with Product, Design, and Operations to turn ambiguous problems into shipped software
- Contribute to architectural decisions, system design, and engineering standards as the team grows
- Mentor future engineers and help define the engineering culture
- Fluent English
- Frontend: TypeScript, React, Next.js
- Backend: TypeScript, Node.js, Supabase (Postgres, Edge Functions)
- Infrastructure: AWS, Vercel
- Auth & Data: Supabase, Postgres, Row-Level Security
- Tooling: GitHub, CI/CD, analytics and observability
- Strong fundamentals and product thinking over exact tool match
