For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Business Analyst ( Relocation – Luxembourg ).
Your Duties Will Include
- Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate closely with stakeholders and IT teams.
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
- Support solution design and validate alignment with business expectations.
- Prepare user stories, use cases, process models, and project documentation.
- Maintain the product backlog and support testing activities (QA, UAT).
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
- Proven experience in business analysis.
- Knowledge of modelling techniques and tools (BPMN, UML, use case diagrams, etc.).
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, or PM² methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of system architecture, integrations, and APIs (ERP/CRM is a plus).
- Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in multicultural environments.
- Very good English and Polish
- Willingness and availability to relocate to Luxembourg.
