About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead UX Designer to join our remote team supporting the America region. In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end user experience strategies across various client engagements. You will translate ambiguous business goals into clear, user-centric solutions that are intuitive, scalable, and ready for implementation. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams comprising UX, design, and engineering professionals, you will define project scope, prioritize tasks, and make strategic trade-offs to ensure optimal user experiences. Your expertise will help facilitate alignment among stakeholders through workshops and deliverables, develop UX patterns that promote consistency, and deliver tangible improvements in product usability and engagement. Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile platforms
- Proven experience leading UX initiatives across complex projects
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate business objectives into effective user experiences
- Experience facilitating workshops and collaborative design sessions
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams including product managers, engineers, and clients
