Job Description
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Full Stack Developer in United States.
The Full Stack Developer will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications and services that integrate with enterprise and healthcare systems. You will work on end-to-end solutions, shaping architecture, technical direction, and overall system reliability. This role is highly collaborative, partnering with product, platform, and operations teams to deliver secure, multi-tenant services used by enterprise customers. You will also mentor fellow engineers, improve legacy systems, and ensure production reliability while participating in incident response as needed. This is a senior individual contributor role with the opportunity to influence the future of the platform, drive technical excellence, and help scale complex integrations responsibly. You will have the freedom to solve problems thoughtfully rather than simply executing tasks.
Accountabilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications and backend services that integrate with internal systems and external enterprise platforms.
- Build and maintain APIs used by web, mobile, IVR, and partner systems, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system architecture, technical design, and production optimization.
- Improve system performance, reliability, observability, and maintainability while modernizing legacy components.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical problem solving.
- Participate in on-call rotation and production incident response as required.
- Advocate best practices for asynchronous programming, distributed systems, and microservice architectures.
