What we are looking for:

• Strong foundation of Python
• Practical knowledge of Git
• Strong problem solving ability and analytical skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Conversational in English
• We are looking for candidates in Brazil or able to speak Portuguese

Responsibilities:

• Analyze data and build models to improve the business operations
• Build dashboards and reports to help the business make data-driven decisions
• Run A/B testing and data experiments to validate hypothesis
• Develop data pipeline, statistical modeling, and collaborate on model deployment
• Design, develop and maintain secure, stable, scalable, and extensible solutions

Compensation R$12,000 - R$15,000 BRL/month + 0.02% equity in the company.
