Role: Data Scientist / BI Analyst
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: Long term
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

We’re looking for a Data Scientist / BI Analyst to deliver data-driven insights, dashboards, and predictive analytics that support business decision-making. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, data engineering, and development teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and actionable insights
- Build dashboards and reports using Power BI (or similar tools)
- Apply statistical methods and basic ML models for forecasting and prediction
- Gather and document business requirements (BRDs, user stories)
- Perform ad-hoc and recurring analytical reporting
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and validation
- Work with data engineering on analytics pipelines and data lakes
- Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
