Key Responsibilities
Build and evolve conversational AI agents and autonomous AI workflows for business automation
Create, experiment with, and fine-tune prompts for large language models to achieve high-quality outputs
Design and implement scalable AI-powered services using Python and modern AI frameworks such as OpenAI and LangChain
Integrate AI components into end-to-end solutions that support agentic behavior and decision-making
Validate, stress-test, and improve AI agents to ensure stability, accuracy, and performance
Apply advanced prompt optimization and other enhancement techniques to continuously improve solution quality
Prepare and process voice data from contact center recordings for use within AI-driven pipelines
Establish and refine testing strategies tailored to autonomous AI systems
Maintain high quality standards in line with industry best practices and evolving user expectations

We are looking for an experienced AI Developer with a strong focus on conversational AI and agent-based systems to design, implement and continuously enhance intelligent automation solutions that streamline business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and evolve conversational AI agents and autonomous AI workflows for business automation
