Ready to embark on the quest of joining Hack The Box?
At the end of this thrilling journey, you'll become a proud member of Hack The Box, with the ultimate mission to help cybersecurity professionals and organizations enhance their cyber-attack readiness. Get ready for an exciting adventure into the world of cybersecurity! πππ»
You Know Cyber. Now Tell The World About It.
You've lived in terminals, triage queues, and threat reports. You understand what it takes to defend an enterprise β or to break into one. Maybe you're a pentester, a SOC analyst, a solutions engineer, or a security consultant. You're part of the 4M+ HTB community, and you know our platform inside-out.
But lately, you've been thinking: what if I could take everything I know about cybersecurity and use it to help more organisations understand why this stuff matters?
That's product marketing. And we think a cyber professional with the right instincts can be exceptional at it.
This role is an opportunity to join Hack The Box's B2B Product Marketing team and become the bridge between our products and the enterprise security leaders who need them. You'll take your deep domain expertise and channel it into positioning, storytelling, sales enablement, and go-to-market execution. We'll teach you the marketing craft. You bring the credibility, the passion, and the technical depth.
π’ Location & Work Mode:
- Athens, Greece (we'll support your relocation)
- Hybrid (2+ days in office)
- Full time
- We offer a 10% relocation bonus on the annual salary to support your move
- In addition, you would benefit from a 50% tax reduction on your income as part of the relocation
- We'll support you with accommodation during the first few weeks
- Meet the humans behind the screens
- Dimitris's journey into product marketing
- Own a segment of the HTB Enterprise portfolio and become the go-to expert on your products, your buyers, and your competitive landscape
- Partner with Product to understand the roadmap and ensure new releases land with impact β clear value, sharp messaging, and excited sales teams
- Create content and collateral that enterprise security leaders actually want to read: not marketing fluff, but technically credible material that earns trust
- Work with Sales to understand what's working in the field and what's not, then build the tools to close the gaps
- Bring the voice of the practitioner into everything we do. You've been the buyer. Use that perspective
- Contribute to launches, campaigns, events, and analyst engagements with authentic domain expertise

- A cybersecurity professional with hands-on experience. This could be penetration testing, SOC analysis, security consulting, solutions engineering, GRC, threat intelligence β or another security discipline
- Genuine enthusiasm for HTB. Ideally you're already part of our community and you understand what makes our platform different
- Strong communication skills, especially written. If you write detailed box write-ups, blog about security, contribute to forums, or brief stakeholders regularly β that counts
- Curiosity about the business side. You want to understand how enterprises buy security solutions, how products are positioned, and how marketing drives growth
- A willingness to learn a new craft. We don't expect you to arrive as a finished product marketer. We expect you to arrive as a fast learner with genuine domain depth
- Based in or willing to relocate to Athens, with at least 2 days per week in the office
- Active HTB profile with a track record of boxes solved, challenges completed, or community contributions.
- Published security content: blogs, write-ups, conference talks, YouTube walkthroughs, or podcast appearances
- Experience in a customer-facing security role (SE, TAM, consultant) where you've worked with enterprise buyers
- HTB certifications (CPTS, CDSA, CBBH, etc.)
- The people are genuinely special. This isn't corporate fluff β HTB is a genuinely friendly, inclusive, and kind place to work. The culture is real, and it's why we've been certified a Great Place to Work three years running
- You'll learn from seriously smart people. The talent density here is high β world-class security researchers, engineers, and go-to-market leaders. Mentorship isn't a programme, it's just how we work. You will level up fast
- The tech is genuinely exciting. We're building AI-powered cybersecurity readiness products that are shaping how enterprises think about cyber resilience. You won't be marketing something boring
- Athens is a brilliant place to work. Great food, great weather, a thriving tech scene, and a cost of living that means your salary goes further. Our Athens office is a hub of energy and collaboration
- You'll have real impact, not just a title. At a company this size and growth stage, your work directly shapes how the market sees HTB. You'll own things, not just contribute to them
- A community of 4M+ hackers has your back. Few cybersecurity vendors have this kind of built-in audience and credibility. You'll be marketing products that practitioners already know and love
- Private health care
- Paid parental leave (4 weeks)
- 25 annual leave days
- Free lunch & snacks at the office
- 120β¬ Ticket Restaurant by Edenred
- Dedicated budget for training and professional development, participation in conferences
