We are looking for an experienced Security Operations Center (SOC) Lead to drive strategy, operational excellence, and innovation within the SOC function at a national level โ€” supporting and interacting closely with global teams.

This is a fully remote position, open to professionals based anywhere in Spain.

Strategic Leadership

Define and execute the SOC strategy in Spain, aligned with the organizationโ€™s global security roadmap.

Build and maintain a product roadmap focused on operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Develop and implement security incident response policies, standards, and procedures.


Security Excellence

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of stateโ€‘ofโ€‘theโ€‘art security controls.

Stay ahead of evolving threats and technologies through ongoing research and adaptation.

Ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations and riskโ€‘management standards at the local level.


Collaboration & Influence

Work closely with crossโ€‘functional and global teams to identify, assess, and mitigate vulnerabilities.

Use analytics and KPIs to track SOC performance, drive improvements, and report insights to stakeholders.

Act as a key point of coordination between the SOC in Spain, the stakeholders and the wider global security organization.



๐Ÿ”น What You Bring

Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

8โ€“10 years of experience leading SOC operations in complex or multinational environments.

Proven experience with SIEM solutions (Splunk, Sentinel, Chronicle),

EDR platforms (CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender), and SOAR technologies.

Strong background in Identity Access Management strategies for large user populations.

Solid projectโ€‘management skills, including experience in largeโ€‘scale technology migrations.

Relevant cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent).

Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Strong leadership, ownership, and the ability to influence teams and stakeholders..
