We’re looking for a hands-on Production Manager to lead video production for our YouTube vertical channel - someone who can manage projects end-to-end, enhance workflows, and leverage AI tools to drive efficiency. What You Will Do:

• Own and manage the full video production process, ensuring smooth execution from preparation to final delivery;
• Assign and oversee tasks across the production team, ensuring deadlines and output targets are consistently met;
• Perform detailed quality checks on every video, reviewing voice-over, transitions, thumbnails, file structure, and overall consistency;
• Quickly identify and resolve production bottlenecks, file management issues, and delays;
• Continuously improve and optimize production workflows for better efficiency and scalability;
• Use AI tools to streamline script generation, translations, and workflow processes;
• Maintain clear production documentation, including error logs and performance tracking;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR and Finance, to ensure smooth operations and timely freelancer payments.
  
  

What We Expect:

• Proven hands-on experience in video production, including managing audio and voice-over processes;
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks across different teams and time zones;
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong quality control mindset;
• Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and improve established workflows;
• Experience using AI tools to streamline production tasks and improve workflow efficiency;
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to act quickly in resolving production-related challenges;
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage assets, priorities, and deadlines effectively;
• High level of ownership, accountability, and independence in managing projects and processes;
• Proficiency in project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Trello, or similar tools) and video production software;
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to stay responsive in dynamic work environments.
