About the role:
We are looking for an ALM Engineer to provide specialized support for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tooling across delivery teams.
You will focus on automating development and deployment processes, implementing ALM best practices and controls, and supporting the installation, configuration, upgrades, and ongoing operations of DevOps tools.
You will also contribute to secure CI/CD pipelines, application security activities, monitoring, and compliance, working closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure efficient, secure, and reliable software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support, configure, and upgrade ALM and DevOps tools across delivery teams
- Automate and maintain CI/CD pipelines and tooling integrations
- Provide application security support, including vulnerability scanning and secure deployment practices
- Perform monitoring and log analysis to ensure operational stability
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams
- Contribute to compliance, audits, and alignment with regulatory and security standards

Mandatory Skills:
- English level C1 or higher
