- 3+ years in internetworking design and operations, ideally at a service provider. (In this context, "Internetworking" refers to public and private peering, IP transit, CDNs and content caching, and related inter-AS networking.)

- Hands-on experience with router platforms from vendors such as Juniper, Nokia, Arista, and/or Cisco.
