Job Description


Important! This is a W2 6-month contract opportunity, with the possibility to extend.

EST time zone is a must.


Pierpoint International, a global leader in the design and delivery of custom Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and workforce solutions, is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter, with expertise in the full recruiting lifecycle focused on G&A-exempt professionals such as IT, Finance, HR, Marketing, and potentially Sales, for one of the top electrical and electronics manufacturing companies in the market.


Responsibilities:


  1. Full Recruiting Lifecycle: Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and clients.
  2. Market Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes, to provide valuable insights during the recruitment process.
  3. Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a thorough understanding of their skills, experiences, and career goals. As well as understanding client's hiring needs and contribute to the development of effective recruitment strategies.
  4. Remote Collaboration: Effectively communicate and collaborate with the global Pierpoint International team, leveraging remote tools and technologies.
  5. Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics, providing regular updates to management on progress and key performance indicators.


Qualifications:


  1. Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Recruiter, with a focus supporting professional-level roles (Sales and Corporate functions). Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
  2. Corporate Recruiting Knowledge: Understanding of the manufacturing industry, qualifications, and industry-specific recruitment challenges.
  3. Remote Work Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to excel in a fully remote work environment.
  4. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  5. Technical skills: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment technologies.
  6. Problem-Solving: Ability to navigate complex recruitment scenarios and find innovative solutions.
