Talent Groups is hiring a Power Platform Developer to join a high-impact Microsoft 365 team. You'll lead Power Platform development and support the full M365 ecosystem—driving automation, collaboration, and AI integration across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Power Platform (25%) – Develop, administer, and govern Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI; partner with business teams to deliver solutions.
- M365 Admin (25%) – Manage Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID; ensure service health, reporting, and adoption.
- DevOps & Automation (20%) – Build CI/CD pipelines, manage deployments, and integrate with Azure DevOps and GitHub.
- AI & Copilot (20%) – Build Copilot agents, integrate AI into workflows, and collaborate with Azure OpenAI teams.
- Mentorship (10%) – Mentor junior staff and support team leadership.

- Bachelor’s in CS, IS, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 6+ years in systems engineering or administration with:

- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, source control
- Scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript) and REST APIs
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills
