- Gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements.
- Produce detailed documentation and acceptance criteria.
- Manage and prioritize the backlog (user stories, epics, tasks).
- Validate requirements with business teams.
- Develop functional designs including data models and interfaces.
- Define integrations, system flows, and dependencies.
- Participate in defining operating models and procedures.
