Fullstack PHP Developer (Backend-Focused) | Fully Remote | £50,000–£70,000 + Equity

Are you a backend-driven PHP Developer who thrives on clean architecture, scalable APIs, and modern engineering practices?

Our client operates one of the UK & Ireland’s leading sports booking platforms. As they continue to scale, they’re looking for a Fullstack PHP Developer (80% Backend / 20% Frontend) to join their growing team.

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and building robust REST APIs
• Developing high-quality backend systems using modern PHP & Symfony
• Contributing to a modern Angular frontend
• Writing clean, maintainable, well-documented code
• Championing TDD, SOLID principles, and engineering best practices

💻 Tech Stack

Backend:

• PHP 8.2+
• Symfony 6.4+
• REST API design

Frontend:

• Angular (modern components & state management)
• TypeScript

📍 The Role

• Location: Fully Remote (London office available if preferred)
• Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 DOE
• Holiday: 25 days + Birthday off 🎉
