360 Recruitment Consultant – Dubai


Location: Dubai – Full Relocation Package Provided


We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Recruitment Consultant specialising in permanent (Perm) placements within the IT or Finance markets. This role is based in Dubai, where you will join our high‑performing team.


We are specifically seeking UK‑based candidates who are interested in relocating, and we offer a full relocation package and support to ensure a smooth transition into both the role and life in Dubai.


You will be responsible for driving business development, managing end-to-end permanent recruitment processes, and delivering high-quality solutions to clients across the UK market—all while building long-term relationships and contributing to the continued growth of our Dubai office.


What You’ll Be Doing

Business Development & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute long-term business development strategies to generate new leads within the UK IT or Finance permanent recruitment markets and build a strong client portfolio to achieve personal and team revenue targets.

Strategic Recruitment Management: Operate in fast-paced, candidate-driven markets, building market maps and targeted recruitment strategies aligned to client hiring plans.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with UK clients and provide consultative guidance on hiring needs and deliver tailored permanent recruitment solutions.

Recruitment Process Management: Own the full permanent recruitment lifecycle including qualification, advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and placement completion.

Service Delivery & Talent Pipeline Management: Source, assess and maintain strong pipelines of mid-level, senior and specialist permanent candidates to ensure consistent delivery.

Commercial & Performance Management: Support commercial activity including fee negotiation and managing performance in line with revenue and placement targets.

Operational Collaboration & Reporting: Maintain CRM accuracy, track activity, and deliver regular updates on performance and pipeline status to internal stakeholders.

Market Insight & Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on UK industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure competitive recruitment strategies.

What We’re Looking For

Recruitment Experience: Proven experience in permanent recruitment, ideally within IT, Technology or Finance, in a 360 agency environment.

Business Development Experience: Strong sales capability with a track record of generating new business and developing client portfolios.

Client & Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong, consultative relationships with UK clients and candidates.

Market & Technical Understanding: Ability to understand technical job requirements and accurately match candidates to specialist permanent roles.

Prioritisation & Pace: Proven ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Systems & Technology: Experience with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM systems, or a willingness to learn new platforms quickly.

Education & Background: Degree preferred but not essential. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, Tech, or Finance 360 recruitment.

Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, organised, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
